Brock Titus
Co-President & Lead Organizer
Brock Titus is a sophomore majoring in Accounting at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Originally from northern Wisconsin, Brock has served in numerous leadership roles, including Co-Chair of Heart of the North Legislative Days, where he represented both students and economic development interests to state legislators. On campus, he is Co-President of TEDxUWMadison and holds leadership roles in the student shared governance on campus. Brock’s passion for leadership, innovation, and public service drives his efforts to build community and inspire change. He hopes audience members leave TEDx events not only with new ideas but also the motivation to turn those ideas into action. In the future, Brock aspires to pursue a career in financial advisory and public service, with long-term goals of leading entrepreneurial ventures and serving in the state legislature.

Isaac Solverson
Co-President & Lead Curator
Isaac Solverson is sophomore double majoring in International Studies and Political Science from Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Prior to joining TEDx, Isaac has worked and held leadership positions in several non-profit organizations including, March For Our Lives Wisconsin, Eco Circle International, Health In-Sight Missions Group, and the Red Cross. His dedication to making a positive impact continues to drive his efforts in building meaningful connections through outreach. Isaac is passionate about public service and aims to use his role at TEDx to inspire meaningful conversation that lead to action. He hopes audience members leave TEDx event with new insights and a deeper understanding of the world around him. In the future, Isaac hopes to work in international policy and intergovernmental aid work.

Grace Munro
Event Director & Co-Organizer
Grace Munro is a sophomore from Pittstown, New Jersey studying Neurobiology and Health Policy on the Pre-Pharmacy track. Prior to joining TEDxUWMadison, Grace focused on volunteering and supporting students with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She fulfilled a passion project of creating books for students with Cortical Visual Impairment and works as an instructional aide at a school for students with disabilities. Grace’s passion for supporting and uplifting diverse voices has driven her to her various leadership positions at TEDxUWMadison. Her hope is that “The Spaces We’re In” and all future events will bring students and industry leaders together to engage in meaningful conversations. Grace is an aspiring pediatric pharmacist with the hopes to pursue clinical treatment for young patients and research pharmaceutical solutions to neurological disorders.

Piha Patel
Marketing Director
Piha Patel is a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin–Madison majoring in Computer Science and Data Science with a certificate in Design Strategy. Originally from India, Piha combines her background in technology, design, and storytelling to craft creative campaigns that amplify student voices and ideas worth spreading. As Marketing Director for TEDxUWMadison, she leads digital strategy, brand storytelling, and social media engagement to highlight the team’s work and foster a stronger connection with the campus community.
Beyond TEDx, Piha serves as Social Media Head for Dot Data, where she uses design and analytics to make data more approachable for students. She is also the founder of Design Tales, a digital storytelling series spotlighting designers and creators from around the world. Piha is passionate about the intersection of marketing, design, and data science — and hopes to pursue a career that bridges creativity and strategy to inspire meaningful impact.

Jennie Cho
Curator
Jennie Cho is a sophomore majoring in Data Science and Philosophy at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Jennie’s academic and personal journey across multiple countries has shaped her into a connector of ideas and people. She is fascinated by how stories, cultures, and technologies intersect to create new ways of understanding the world.
Her work reflects a belief that meaningful change begins with conversation, the exchange of insights that challenges assumptions and sparks innovation. At TEDxUW–Madison, Jennie is passionate about curating spaces where diverse voices can meet, share, and inspire one another to think more critically and act more boldly.
She hopes to pursue ventures at the intersection of finance, technology, and global education, with long-term goals of founding a cross-cultural innovation hub that empowers collaboration beyond borders.

Alaina Heesacker
Curator
Alaina Heesacker is a sophomore from Green Bay, Wisconsin studying Marketing and Finance with a certificate in Spanish. On campus, she serves as a Curator for TEDxUWMadison, helping bring bold ideas to the student community through impactful speaker events. Alaina is an active member of Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity, where she has held leadership roles that strengthened her collaboration and organizational skills. She also contributes to the Undergraduate Business Council for the Wisconsin School of Business as a member of the Professional Development Committee, supporting initiatives that prepare students for their future careers. Alaina’s passion for connecting with others, public speaking, and creativity fuels her interest in consulting and advertising. She hopes to leverage her communication skills to inspire and drive positive impact and is excited to be working alongside dedicated individuals of the TEDxUWMadison team to turn ideas into action.
